Procrastination is a problem which plagues most people in many different aspects of life, and causes a reduced quality of work as well as unneeded stress. Whether it be from lack of motivation, lack of inspiration, or no sense of urgency, procrastination can be draining.
During the summer months, our schedules are not as full with client meetings which gives us time to focus. We, like our clients, enjoy having the time to spend some summer days with our families and friends. This is usually our personal focus for the summer. We also take this time for professional focus as well.
Sound applealing? Here are some tips that may help you add an hour or two to every day.
In the morning:
Get up earlier and go for a walk
Put in a load of wash and get your partner to help you hang it out. When you get home, it will be done
Clean one room before you go to work-by the weekend the housework will be done
